Trio Event Host Terms and Conditions: 1. Hosts acknowledges that Trio’s materials, logos and copy is owned by Trio. Any reproduction must conform to Trio’s brand policies which can be found on trioresidential.com. 2. Unless otherwise approved by Trio, Host will receive no financial aid or compensation from Trio for producing a Trio Workshop or any other event. Host may solicit and secure independent sponsors for their events. 3. Each workshop must be published on trioevents.net. Host is required to post all upcoming events for approval by Trio within 14 days of any event. Go to trioevents.net/publish-a-workshop. 4. Host agrees to only use Trio produced materials, published content, and follow all marketing guidelines. 5. Host agrees to notify Trio of any necessary changes that need to be made to any materials. Please allow a two-week processing period for all orders. 6. Event Requirements: a. Submit an attendance report within two weeks of workshop to events@thinktrio.com. b. Send photos of event to events@thinktrio.com within two weeks. 7. Payments for materials to Trio are non-refundable upon order placement. 8. Potential credit for payments made to Trio for event materials. Upon the closing of the Host’s first home with Trio, the Host Deposit will be credited toward future materials or refunded at the request of the Host. 9. Every property closed afterwards qualifies the Host for discounted event materials. Each home closing will result in $50 off any event materials sold by Trio. The Host will receive a discount code for a one-time use for each closing. 10. Hosts may contact events@thinktrio.com with any questions.
